How does pricing work?
Pricing depends on the number of active users and the scope of the integration. We will make you an individual offer.
Where is the data processed?
Aury is hosted in the EU. The AI models run in the EU as well. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Details of the processing are in our platform privacy policy.
How long does integration take?
It depends on the scope: your look and feel, sign-in through your user accounts and testing are always part of it. You’ll get an estimate in the first call.
Can we adapt Aury to our product?
We adapt the look and feel and the entry point to your product. What Aury says in a crisis stays the responsibility of our clinical team.
What certifications do you have?
Aury Care GmbH is certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 (certificate valid until February 2029). “Digital Stress Management with Aury” is certified by the Zentrale Prüfstelle Prävention (ZPP). The course is currently free for participants while the re-certification of the current course version is running; it cannot be reimbursed during this time. Aury is not a medical device.
How does the safety system work?
Alongside the conversation, an automated safety system looks for signs of a crisis. If something sounds worrying, Aury first checks in gently. When the risk is high, the chat in the Aury app pauses and Aury shows crisis contacts that can be reached straight away. The crisis responses are written and approved by our clinical team. The system works automatically. Afterwards, our psychology team reads individual conversations, within the users' consent, to ensure safety and professional quality.
